Did you get this in am email from Old Navy? I didnt see this advertised on their website (and I only as as I dont want to go there this weekend and have it not be for my area… the Northeast)
It was from Slick Deals and they said Old Navy will start advertising on Thursday (although there will not be widespread advertising). You could call your store and see if they’ll tell you for sure if your store is participating (maybe wait till Thurs when the main advertising will come out about the sale).

At what time is it?
It’s all day, so whenever your store opens (I think our local store opens at 10AM). But, I’ve heard that there are a ton of people that come, so you might want to head there early. Although I’ve heard that if you go later and they don’t have your sizes or colors–you can buy your pair and then exchange later in the week for the correct size or color, when they get a new shipment in.
