They are offering steeply discounted ski and snowboard lessons, lift tickets & equipment rentals for kids during the week of April 1st – 5th, 2019 as part of  their Family week. These are crazy good deals & such a great way to expose your kids to the sports of skiing & snowboarding to see if it is something they would be interested in pursuing.

This is for kids ages 15 & under who can participate. This is a gorgeous ski resort, too – what a fun place to visit & learn to ski!

Here are all of the options they are offering for their Family Week Special:

$5 Daily Lift Tickets – Kids 15 & under are eligible for 1 $5 lift ticket each day. limit one per day per child. They must be present to receive that price. (If they are 5th grade, they will get FREE lift tickets.  Kids 6 & under also get free lift tickets.

$5 Daily Basic Rentals – Kids 15 & under are eligible for 1 $5 basic rental per day, limit one per day per person. Must be present to receive that pricing.

Limit of 1 $5 beginner group lesson during this Family Week period (4/1 – 4/5). Limited quantity available per day. You MUST pre-register online for these group lessons! So, they can only get 1 lesson during the week, but it’s a great start to see how they like it (it doesn’t say how long the lessons are)

Don’t forget that Mt Baker, as well as a number of other ski resorts,  participate in the 5th Grade Ski Free program for kids, too!

If you’re looking for a place to stay not too far away, consider the Semiahmoo Resort in Blaine – you can check out our review of the resort – it is one of our favorite places in WA to stay!
