JCPenney is offering $12 haircuts for kids right now at their JCP Salons in preparation for back to school. This is a great opportunity to get your kids’ hair cut before school starts at a very affordable price.
You will need to make an appointment (scroll down towards the bottom of this page here to do that). The offer is valid through September 23, 2023. It is only valid for kids ages K – 6th grade & cannot be used with any other discounts.
