JCPenney is offering $12 haircuts for kids and teachers right now at their JCP Salons in preparation for back to school. This is a great opportunity to get your kids’ hair cut before school starts at a very affordable price.
You will need to make an appointment and bring student or teacher id. The offer is valid through September 19, 2026. It is only valid for kids ages K – college age kids (plus teachers this year!) & cannot be used with any other discounts.
