Easy Pumpkin Dip
If you’re headed to a gathering in the fall, whether it’s Halloween themed or Thanksgiving dinner, this easy pumpkin dip recipe is the perfect dish to bring. It has just the right blend of pumpkin, sweetness & spices to pair with some light cookies like ginger snaps, for a recipe that is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
I was given this recipe years ago by a friend and I love it as it’s just 5 ingredients, which you most likely have in your fridge & cupboards, so you can whip this up last minute if you have company visit you or need a last-minute dish for a party. I love pumpkin anything this time of year, so it’s nice to have a fun variation like this with a light & creamy dip for dessert.

Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon & ginger to a mixing bowl.
In a mixing bowl, beat all of the ingredients together.

Serve with cookies or fruit. I like to use thin ginger snaps cookies. Graham crackers or vanilla wafers also work well.
