I’ve decided to create a bargain blog where I can regularly post all the great deals that I find, whether it be from word of mouth, ads, other bargain blogs, etc. This is partly for me so that I have all the deals that I want to remember in one location, so I don’t forget to follow thru on any of these!! I also love to share the awesome deals I find with my friends and family, so I thought this was easier to put it all in one place, so I’m not always emailing everyone about something. I am very new to creating blogs, so bear with me as I learn how to set the blog up and make it user-friendly, informative, and useful.
I have added a section on the right where you can subscribe to my blog thru a RSS feed like thru Google Reader or some other reader. I’ve just recently learned how to do this and it saves so much time! Basically, instead of having to go to your favorite blogs on a regular basis to see if there are updates, you can create a “reader” which organizes and lists all of the posts from your favorite blogs in one location). This way you can keep up with the latest updates from your favorite blogs in a much less time-consuming fashion!
I’m also trying to figure out how you can receive updates thru your email when I update the blog. I’ve found that the really good deals often move very quickly, so you have to act fast! :)
I’d love to hear your comments, ideas, tips for couponing/bargain hunting, etc. Also, whether you tried out a deal/bargain and how it worked, if there were any problems or not. If you come across any awesome deals, I’d love to hear about them, too!!
