What is Grubhub?
Grubhub delivery is a service you can use to get local restaurant orders delivered to your door. You head to their site, and put your address in, and it will show you what restaurants are available in your delivery area that you can order from using Grubhub delivery services. When you click on the restaurant of your choice, it will show you the delivery window (how long you can expect it to take for your food to arrive), the delivery fee and if there is a delivery order minimum. You can then tip the driver on top of the delivery fee if you would like (similar to ordering pizza online).
The restaurants in my area varied (some examples include $25 minimum order and no delivery fee, or a $3.99 delivery fee and no minimum order requirement). All of them had very reasonable terms in my experience, for the convenience of having them delivered! The more urban the area you live in, the more restaurant selections you will have to choose from likely. It certainly expands your options from the standard pizza delivery.
Grubhub Coupons:
You can even use coupons on Grubhub. Just head to their promotions page here, and see if there are any coupons available for the restaurants listed in your area. I found one restaurant that offered 10% off orders of $50+ so I am able to apply that while ordering to save even more.
They also have a share with your friends referral program on this page, where you can give your friends $10 to spend on orders of $15+ and then after their first order you will get a $5 credit to spend.
