Cucumber Tomato Avocado Salad Recipe – Delicious & Healthy!

This is one of my favorite summertime side dishes. It is perfect for a barbecue, indoor meal, or potluck. It is easy to make, and a crowd pleaser for sure.

This Cucumber Tomato Avocado Salad Recipe is not only one of my favorite summer recipes, but one of my favorite all time recipes. It is perfect as a side dish, or I love to eat it with some bruchetta for lunch. It also goes well over a bed of lettuce if you want, or use it to top off some grilled chicken.

It is so fresh tasting, and full of healthy ingredients. It is also very filling, with that creamy avocado in it. I love to make a big bowl and keep it in my fridge to snack on when I get hungry. It is also a great dish to bring to a picnic. Put a dish with some crushed ice under your bowl of the Cucumber Tomato Avocado Salad to keep it fresh.

The ingredients for this salad are all so fresh tasting, and good for you too! I love to add a bit of Feta Cheese to my Cucumber Tomato Avocado Salad Recipe, but this is optional if you are not a fan.

Dice up all of the vegetables and the cilantro.

Make your dressing.

Add some lime. Yum!

Pour the dressing over the diced vegetables and toss.

Sprinkle with feta and chill.

Serve up and enjoy!

This Avocado Tomato Recipe is a perfect side dish in the summer and is especially nice if you grow your own tomatoes. I love the refreshing taste of the ingredients, and it is a healthy option to add to your menu too.


  • 1 lb tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 medium red onion diced
  • 2 avocados diced
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice (from 1 medium lime)
  • 1 Tbsp lime cilantro dressing
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 bunch cilantro, diced up)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • Feta Cheese (Optional)


Dice up all the vegetables into bite size pieces
In a separate bowl whisk together olive oil, lime juice and lime cilantro dressing
Toss dressing with veggies
Season with salt and pepper and toss one more time
Sprinkle Feta Cheese Crumbles on the top of your salad (optional)
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then serve
