We have been sharing about Stitch Fix for years now, but they offer so many new ways to shop these days that we wanted to share some of those updates, especially because it is the perfect time to refresh your spring wardrobe. Plus, there are some fun savings on spring items we want you to know about as well!
One of my favorite ways to refresh my wardrobe is to make new outfits based on items I have gotten in the past. This allows me to continue to refresh my wardrobe over time. The picture at the top is a jacket I got through Stitch Fix a few years ago, and the items below it are ones that Stitch Fix recommends based on this jacket that I own this month. I share more about how this works below, but is it is such a great way to be able to save on refreshing my wardrobe seasonally, and it is a unique offering to Stitch Fix!
How to Shop Stitch Fix:
There is quite a bit of flexibility in how you can use Stitch Fix these days. What’s really unique about Stitch Fix is that you start by filling out a personalized style profile and listing all your sizes. That way, you can easily shop for items that are likely to be a style and size match for you from the get-go, rather than having to weave through a bunch of items that do not check either box for you. No subscription is required (though there are subscription options if you prefer that).
Head to Stitch Fix here, and find these perks:
- Free try-ons: “Try before you buy” at home, no pressure
- Personalized style picks, based on your style, fit, and budget
- Can build new outfits off of items you have already purchased in the past (this comes in really handy to know what new jeans, shoes and bags might go with a shirt you bought last year, to make a new outfit)
Examples of ways to shop with Stitch Fix:
If you want items personalized to your style but do not want to have to spend all of the time required to find those items, then you should:

A Couple of Ways To Shop Stitch Fix on a Budget To Refresh Your Wardrobe for Spring!

Here is a cardigan I got through Stitch Fix a few years ago, and an outfit they recommended this month to update it!
Ease of Shopping for Personalized Items!
Personally, I love to shop FREESTYLE, where I can get personalized items recommended to me (based on my style preferences and sizes), but even better than that, I can get personalized items recommended based on items I already own. This is really helpful in terms of updating and adding to my wardrobe, without having to start over.

I have had these jeans for a few years now, and here are two current ideas on how to update them from Stitch Fix.
When you are on the FREESTYLE shopping page, you can select either Trending for You or Complete Your Look. Complete your look will make outfit recommendations for you based on items you have already purchased on Stitch Fix. This makes shopping a breeze, and it is a great way to update your wardrobe for spring. They will note which item you own, as well as items that might be on sale, to help you save money.

These are all examples of recommendations they provided me this month to help update my wardrobe for spring, using items I already have. If you have not shopped with them yet, this feature should show up for you as soon as you do make a purchase. It is a great way to get ideas on how to make items you already have feel current by turning them into a new outfit!

In addition to shopping the Complete Your Look options, here are some more great ways to save at Stitch Fix.
- Shop the Clearance Section
- Shop the Finds under $50 Section
- Sorting by price: Search for the style (or brand) you want, and then sort by price (low to high)
Did you know that Stitch Fix also offers a Maternity option?
This is a fun option if you want to have access to multiple maternity brands in one place, like Motherhood, Bobeau, Gilli, and more. Plus, they are currently offering $20 off + waived styling fee for the maternity boxes as well. I know when I was pregnant, shopping was not fun. It would have helped to have someone do the hard work for me during that time, so I thought some of you might be interested in this option.
