Woohoo, I just found out that Starbucks is bringing back their “We Love Fridays” promotion starting today, Friday May 20th.  They offered this promotion last summer & it was a great way to get FREE event tickets for the Seattle area.  Basically every Friday from now thru June 27th, Starbucks will be offering FREE tickets to various events at select Seattle Starbucks locations.

No purchase is necessary – you just need to head to one of the Starbucks participating locations around the Seattle area &  ask the barista for your free tickets after 3pm.  Tickets are limited (they go fast, especially the popular events) so you’ll want to get there early! One ticket per person.

Here is the list of events:

May 20th – One free ticket to select SIFF (Seattle International Film Festival) films

May 27th – One free child’s admission (ages 4-12) to the Seattle Aquarium. Only valid on Monday-Fridays.

June 3rd – One free Mariners game ticket to select games. This ticket would be a View Reserved ticket (valued at $20) to the June 13, July 1st or August 1st Mariners games.

June 10th – Up to 4 tickets to an exclusive film screening of West Side Story at the Paramount Theater on July 3rd.

June 17th – One free adult admission to the Seattle Art Museum. Ticket valid Wednesday – Fridays.

Find a participating Seattle Starbucks location where you can find the tickets. You can RSVP for the event on Facebook, too.  (It does say after 2pm to pick up the tickets on this page, but all of the other information says 3pm. It was 2pm last year, so I think they forgot to change the info on the store location page. But, you might want to call ahead just to make sure!)

Did any of you participate in this last year & get free tickets to any of the events? My husband really wanted to drive up for the Mariners tickets, but it didn’t end up working out with his work schedule.

Thanks This Beautiful Frugal Life!

  1. Chrystal – For some reason, FB has now classified any links from my page as spam. I’ve tried contacting them & have not heard back. Sorry about that! Hopefully it will get fixed soon!
