I have had nothing but problems with Zulilly and their shipping. Be aware that it will show that they are shipping but things don’t actually ship for weeks. It took me over a month to get a couple of small things from them. One of the things they were to ship went out of stock and I was never notified. I can’t imagine it is any better this close to the holidays.

I’m surprised they never notified you about the item not shipping – I did have an item that they were unable to ship as they ran out of stock, but they did send me several emails. I would definitely contact them about that & see if they will do something for you because of the no notice.
