Kidz List – Local Resource for Families

I’ve been sharing about some of my favorite resources for families in the Northwest & today I wanted to let you know about Kidzlist.com.  I have been subscribed to Kidzlist’s newsletter for at least 6 months & have found the newsletter to be full of information about local family-friendly events, fun places to visit, parenting tips & more. The Kidzlist website has even more information on their site.

Kidzlist is a local guide that you’ll find for 55 cities across the country. They have over 377,000 listings of preschools, camps, restaurants, indoor play, parks and many other categories of kid friendly places for those cities.  For my Northwest readers, they have Seattle, Portland, and Boise listed for cities. You can then subscribe to the weekly newsletters for the city you’re interested in to find out local information each week.

Giveaways: Seattle & Portland

Kidzlist is offering a number of giveaways right now for Seattle and Portland readers and the theme is “Oh the Places You will Go”.  All of the giveaways are done via the Kidzlist Facebook page.  All you need to do is “like’ their page & then you will get the updates on their weekly giveaways.  You’ll find the entry forms on the left sidebar, underneath their profile picture.
