Ford Donates School Supplies to Local Tacoma High School Students

A few weeks ago, Sia had the opportunity to try out the new 2013 Ford Escape as she did some back to school shopping at Target. Ford Motor Company generously donated a $100 gift card for us to buy school supplies & donate to local Tacoma High School students in need. Make sure to check out Sia’s review of the Ford Escape as she had the opportunity to try it out for the day while shopping for these school supplies.
Principal Patrick Erwin accepted the school supplies on behalf of Lincoln High School. Â These school supplies will go to students who are in great need at the school or other local schools & unable to provide all necessary school supplies during the school year. A big thank you to Ford Motor Company for giving us this opportunity to work together to support students in need and our schools & get them necessary school supplies for the year!
Ford is also offering you the opportunity to get involved & help support your local community with their Hunger Drive with Feeding America. You can host your own event with Ford to help Feeding America get food to people in need. They bring an event manager, the Hunger Drive banner, fun giveaways, and the 2013 Ford Escape. You bring your friends and family and pick the location of your choice!  For every guest that attend, Ford will help provide 40 meals for Feeding America.
