Rosemary Chicken Ramen Recipe – Simple Way to Turn Ramen into a Meal!

Description

Simple Rosemary Chicken Ramen Recipe. This is simple, delicious, filling and affordable!


Ingredients

  •  1 Large or 2 thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  •  ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  •  1 clove garlic, minced 
  •  1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  •  2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  •  1 package of roasted chicken Ramen noodles & seasoning


Instructions

  1. Coat chicken breasts with pepper, garlic, and rosemary and fry in olive oil until no longer pink in the middle and nicely browned on the outside.
  2. While this is cooking, prepare the Ramen noodles by boiling and draining then adding the seasoning packet. Toss until combined.
  3. Remove chicken from the pan and slice chicken breasts into slices and serve over the Ramen noodles.
  4. Optional- you can add the remaining oil/drippings from the pan or drizzle a small bit of olive oil over the dish.
  5. Garnish with additional rosemary or a slice of lemon and enjoy. 

 

Notes

Can squeeze a lemon wedge for a light lemon flavor. Can use a mushroom flavored Ramen as well. I used 2 thin sliced chicken breasts or you can slice 1 large chicken breast in half lengthwise.
