Apple Pie Smoothie with Toppings

Apple Smoothie Recipe –

2 Granny Smith Apples (peeled, cored and cut into wedges)
¾ cup Milk of choice
¼ cup Apple Juice
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar or Sweetener of choice (optional)
1 cup Ice Cubes
¼ cup Rolled Oats


  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and pulse for 1-2 minutes until ingredients start to break down.
  2. Blend on high for another 30 seconds to a minute, until there are no chunks left and everything is completely smooth.
  3. Serve immediately and top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon and crushed pecans/walnuts or granola.
