- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup Condensed milk
- 1/3 cup Heavy cream
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Lime zest
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar in a small bowl.
Place the graham cracker mixture into serving jars, dispersing evenly between the jars, and press the mixture down in the bottom of the jar.
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with cream cheese,, condensed milk, powdered sugar, lime juice and 1/2 of the lime zest until it is well combined and smooth (save out the rest of the lime zest for garnishing the tops of the jars).
Add the mixture to the jars on top of the graham cracker layer, dispersing evenly between the jars. Garnish with zest and lime.
