10 cups air popped popcorn (no butter) lightly salted
3 tbsp butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
Mini chips ahoy and oreo cookies
Wilton candy eyes
Blue food coloring
Instructions
Make popcorn
In a sauce pan, melt the butter on medium heat.
Add the marshmallows and stir until melted.
Turn off heat and add blue food color to marshmallow mixture.
Coat popcorn with marshmallow mixture to taste.
Pour coated popcorn on a baking sheet, sprayed with nonstick spray.
Drizzle remaining marshmallow mixture over popcorn and add candy eyes and cookies
Cool and serve
Notes
You can make this a day ahead to keep things simple too. Just store in an air tight container.
