Sam’s Club – Free Kids Health Screenings

Mark your calendars now. Sams Club will be offering Free Kids Health Screening if you were interested. It will be happening, August 9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sam’s Club will host FREE children’s health screenings at all Club locations with a pharmacy to both Members and guests (non-members).
The savings are valued at up to $150 and include:
- A take-home DNA kit that provides instructions on storing a saliva sample to help find children in the event they are ever lost to which only a parent/guardian has access
- A child safety ID kit with a fingerprint form and instructions on storing personal information
- Blood pressure testing
- BMI (body mass index) testing
- Vision screenings (select locations)
