OREO cookies are some of my families favorites. I love keeping them on hand, not only for a little classic OREO indulgence (dip em in milk), but also as a great way to take a neighbor a special treat or for kids bake sales or parties, to to make a fun dessert with when company comes over. They are a versatile dessert, and that is why they are perfect to keep on hand in the pantry!

A couple of ways we love to eat OREO Cookies at our house:

Oreo Cookies

I like to let my OREO’s soak in the milk for a few minutes, so they crumble easily in my mouth…..yum!

oreo cookies and milk

Dunk them in milk (this one never gets old, and is my favorite).

My kids like me to serve them on a special plate an cup, so it seems more like a special dessert then snack.

White Chocolate Oreo Coookies

Dip them in melted chocolate. Throw a 1/4 cup of milk chocolate chips or white chocolate chips into the microwave for around 40 seconds to melt. Stir and dip your OREO cookie in them and put them on some parchment paper while they harden. You can just dip half the cookie too, if you don’t want them too sweet.

Oreo Mint Trifle

I also love to use OREO’s for seasonal recipes, like this OREO Mint Trifle for St. Pattys Day next month.

Red Velvet Oreos

Plus, if your a Red Velvet fan, have you tried the new Red Velvet OREO Cookies yet?
