Jane.com has a sale today on Frozen Inspired Dresses – Elsa & Anna Costume Dresses for just $14.49! These are adorable dresses & the best prices I’ve seen on Frozen dresses for little girls. Â And these dresses look totally adorable – I love the Anna dress! Shipping is $3.99 or $1.99 for each additional item.
These dresses do fit true to size.
I placed an order for the Elsa dress on July 5th and have not received it. On Jane.com they tell you to contact the seller (Mommy’s Little Sunshine) with any questions. I did contact Mommy’s Little Sunshine with questions about my order and in the response I received it just stated that I needed to be patient my order was coming soon. Well they ended up canceling my order, at that time I did not know what a hassle it would be to deal with them and I asked if they could process my order for another dress. I never received a tracking number or anything, so after days of not hearing anything I wrote to them and told them to cancel my order. They charged my card even though I requested my order to be canceled. They also sent a tracking number but it has been in pre shipping status since the 17th. I have called and left messages, written to them on Facebook, posted on their FB page and written more emails to them. THE ORDERS FROM THEIR FIRST DEAL HAVE NOT SHIPPED! They are also DELETING ANY comments off their FB page that says anything about problems with shipping and contacting them. I checked them out on BBB web site and there are THREE pages of complaints against them for these exact issues. I encourage anyone who has ordered through them to leave a complaint with the BBB. If you check out the comments under this sale on the Jane.com web site there is nothing but comments exactly like mine here. I thought this site and readers should know a scam so they don’t have to go through the issues I and many other customers have had.
Hi Leah – Thank you so much for letting us know as we have not heard any negative information about Jane.com before this, but we definitely want to know when there are issues & want that kind of feedback. We’ll definitely look further into this & see what we can find out & see if there are any other resources of ways you can contact someone to get this resolved. So sorry to hear of all the trouble you’ve had. I’ve ordered from Jane myself in the past & never had a problem so I’m sorry to hear you have had this issue.
It is not Jane.com, they have been nothing but helpful, but the site they were selling the dresses from, Mommy’s Little Sunshine. I did end up contacting Jane about the order and I received a full refund. Seeing the amount of complaints from customers who were all having the same problems with the original seller, Mommy’s Little Sunshine it was pretty much a no questions asked process. I just want to warn other potential customers so they won’t have to go through what so many have so far. Also, others who bought the dresses should know that if Mommy’s Little Sunshine does not come through with the orders or refunds they can go to Jane.com and request a refund from them and they will oblige.
