Beth – Usually there aren’t any issues with Totsy, but this blow-out sale seems to be some issues with them due to the high numbers of people coming to the site. I know that’s frustrating, though – hopefully they get the kinks worked out of the system this weekend when hopefully less people will be online.

I’m new to Totsy but I am not too impressed at the moment. I had some items in my cart, that said they would be saved for 11 more minutes, but when I went to check out, the items were already sold out. Is this how it usually works, or is it just because of the sale?

Hi Sarah, it was the kids rain gear sale. I think the sale has been more popular then expected and their site seems to be experiencing many issues this evening. Hopefully they will resolve themselves by tomorrow, but I am not sure if there will be any umbrellas left at that time or not. We will keep posting on great Totsy deals as they become available during the blowout sale though :)

Hi Diana, I guess the sale was more popular then we expected. Its not often that Totsy slows down like that. Hopefully it will pick up soon, and they should have great deals available through 9/8 (inventory may change, but still great deals).

This sounds awesome! Their site is super slow and not letting me on….I guess I’ll keep trying.
