Shilo Inn Discount – $300 Voucher for $125 for Northwest Locations!

With summer here, many of you are looking for vacation getaway ideas around the Northwest. We have found a great deal to share with you – you can get a $300 voucher for just $125 for participating Shilo Inn hotels to use at a number of Northwest locations.  This is a savings of more than 50% off lodging, with a lot of flexibility and locations to choose from, which is rare to find with hotel vouchers like this!
We visited the Shilo Inn at Ocean Shores (we didn’t stay there but had lunch there) and it looked like a nice place to stay & great location right on the beach. Note that the Ocean Shores location is not available in the summer, though.
Both Sia & I have stayed at the Beaverton Oregon Shilo Inn & we really thought it was a great deal. The rooms are not fancy, but clean & comfortable. There is a continental breakfast. It’s also rare to find an outdoor pool, but it looked in great shape (we were there in November, so didn’t get to test it, though). It is also fairly close to the Washington Square Mall & the Oregon Cracker Barrel location (yum!)

The way this deal works is that you are getting Shilo Inn Script Certificates. There are some restrictions on which locations you can use it at (see below in the fine print for those). Here is how the Script worked when we got it for few Shilo Inn stays:
The $300 in script will act like cash to cover the room stay at rack rates – only it will not cover the tax ( you can call location and they will tell you ahead of time what that might run). The other thing to know is that they come in specific denominations (mine were $25) and you do not get change back, so you will want to plan for that. See all the details in fine print below.

- Scrip will be mailed to you in 5-7 business days from purchase.
- A $7 shipping fee is added per order.
- Scrip will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping.

- Shilo Scrip is for lodging only.
- All other charges such as tax, phone calls, room service, restaurant and lounge charges, meeting room charges, etc, are to be paid by the guest at check-out.
