JCPenney is offering FREE haircuts for Breast Cancer Survivors for the month of October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. They will also be donating $1/ea for the first 50,000 haircuts. All you need to do is head to your local JCPenney salon or call them up & schedule an appointment.
