Hi, at my Target in Bryant, AR, the cashier denied the use of this coupon. She said that she cannot accept coupons when that makes the items become free. I argued that this is nowhere to be found in their coupon policy, but essentially she said it is not right to use coupons to get stuff for free so she wouldn't accept it.

Was I wrong? Has there been a change in their policy? I wanted to go and complain at the Customer Service desk but my family was with me and it was already too embarrassing for them.

Hopefully you can help me clarify this
