I have the hard copy version of this book & it’s an awesome book for creating freezer meals. I was given this book when I was the Care Team coordinator for our MOPS group (the person who organizes meals for new moms, moms who’ve had surgery, etc) & used this book quite a bit. It was a great book to use for freezer meal nights, too. We had a night where we made a bunch of different freezer meals to fill the freezer with meals for the MOPS year & this is the book that we used. The recipes have been frequently requested by the folks who tried these meals, too!
