Target has a sale this week (thru Saturday) on their Leapfrog Tag & Tag Junior books for $9.99 each. There are several coupons you can use so you can buy the Tag books for just $5.99.
Here’s how it works:

Use the $4/1 coupon from HERE or $4/1 coupon from Parade magazine in today’s paper (1/3 insert)
Final Price: $5.99 (or $7.99 for Tag Jr books using the $2/1 coupon HERE)
*Remember that Walmart does price-matching, too, so you could do this same deal at Walmart and bring the Target ad to price-match while using these coupons!

Walmart has a hot deal on the Wii console starting tomorrow, Sat. 12/5. Their Wii consoles will be $199 with a $50 Walmart gift card – this would make the final price $149 (after gift card). This sale will be starting at 8am tomorrow (I just called to confirm this at my local store) and there will be a limited quantity – each Walmart store is only required to have 10 per store (although there could be more). This is definitely the lowest price to date that I have seen on the Wii!!

There are all sorts of back-to-school sales going on this week! Is it me or does it seem like it’s just too early to start thinking about back-to-school?! I feel like the summer just flies by way too fast!! I’m loving this beautiful weather we’ve been having out here in the NW, though–little to no rain at all this summer – amazing!!!
For those of you who may not have kids in school yet, you don’t have any kids, or your children are all grown, you still might want to check out the really low priced school deals!! It’s a great idea to stock up and maybe help out your local schools!! Having worked in the public schools for over 7 years, I know how important donations are for schools and what a difference it can make for the students in those schools so that the staff can make sure that the students in need can have the same resources and supplies as all the other students!!
Another option is to save your supplies for Operation Christmas Child, a great organization where you fill shoeboxes with personal hygiene products and school supplies to give to needy children around the world while sharing God’s love with them. The boxes will be collected in November, so it’s great to start collecting even now with all these deals on school supplies and then all the drugstore deals! I love Walmart samples because they always arrive within a few weeks and the forms are very simple to fill out (I use the free version of Roboform which makes it go even quicker). If you’ve already requested the sample, you cannot request it again, unless it’s a new one that’s come out. You have to sign up for each of these individually as well (which is why I love Roboform so I don’t have to fill out the information over and over) So, here are the links to the current Walmart samples::
