Gold Class Cinemas – FREE Dessert

Have you ever heard of Gold Class Cinemas? This is a new kind of theater experience – it’s not a thrifty option, but definitely sounds like a very fun, unique experience for a special occasion or date night! It’s not only a theater, but a restaurant as well – you’ll be  seated in recliner seats & then you can order food & drinks to be served to you as you watch the movie.  Sounds like a very classy place!

Well, Gold Class Cinemas was recently featured on The Ellen DeGeneres Show &  they are now offering a FREE Vegan sugar-free dessert for Ellen viewers.  You’ll need to print off the voucher & bring it with you to the theater. One voucher per person (so it sounds like each person could get the free dessert).  This coupon is valid thru 4/31/10.

You will need to pay for the movie tickets; however, no additional food purchase is required.  Movie prices are $32/ticket – however, if you sign up for the FREE Gold Class Membership, you can buy tickets at the member price of $22/ticket as well as receive other discounts (half-price tickets on Tuesdays, Thursdays Buy 3 Get 1 free & 1 free ticket for your birthday).

If you’re interested in purchasing additional food, you’ll want to consider buying a Restaurant.com gift certificate.  You can buy a $25 gift certificate for $10 to Gold Class Cinemas (to be used on your food purchases; no alcohol; dinner only).  Of course, if you find a good sale (typically they have 50% or more sales on Restaurant.com gift certificates – if you sign up for their email list, you’ll know when the sales are happening), then you could buy a $25 gift certificate for as low as $2-3.  Thanks for this great tip, FB fan Shannon!

Ben & Jerry’s – Free Cone Day coming up & Free Kids Cones on Wednesdays (WA stores)

Did any of you go get your $1 Maple Blondie ice cream yesterday at Ben & Jerry’s? If you love Ben & Jerry’s – here are a few more promotions you can take advantage of::

Kids Lick Free Wednesdays – Head into Ben & Jerry’s on Wednesdays and you can get a FREE Kids scoop with any adult size ice cream purchase. I’m not sure if this is a national promotion or just for these specific stores in WA – so definitely call ahead to your local Ben & Jerry’s.  Here are the participating stores I know of for sure in WA: Auburn/Lake Tapps, Southcenter & Gig Harbor.

We’ve only been to this restaurant once (it’s at Southcenter Mall, for Seattle area folks) but loved it!  My husband absolutely loves anything tropical (he’s a bit obsessed with the tropics actually – huge Jimmy Buffett fan & loves palm trees)….so this was an awesome place to go. Reminder: Free Grilled Sandwich at Jack in the Box tomorrow

Just a quick reminder that on Tuesday February 23rd you can get a FREE Grilled sandwich with the purchase of a large drink.  No coupon is required. However, this is not valid in certain locations.  See all the details HERE.  One of the locations it says it’s not valid in is Seattle (not sure if they just mean city limits or surrounding areas).  So, make sure to call your store to see if they are participating before heading out. National Pancake Day – IHOP & Shari’s – Tues 2/23

No coupon required.  See all the details HERE.  Only bad news – this offer is not valid in Seattle (for my Seattle readers), as well as some TX locations & Idaho Falls, ID.  But, it doesn’t say anything about surrounding areas, like any areas outside of Seattle.
