Grandparents’ Day is coming up on Sunday, September 12th & the Old Spaghetti Factory is celebrating by offering a FREE meal to grandparents on Sunday September 12th – Tuesday September 14th. You’ll get one free meal for every entree you purchase.  What a fun but frugal way to celebrate with the grandparents!

Free Artisan Breakfast Sandwich from Starbucks

If you register a gift card at My Starbucks Rewards, you’ll get a FREE Artisan Breakfast Sandwich.  You just need to do this before September 21, 2010.  Once you register your gift card online, you’ll receive a coupon by mail within 4-6 weeks.

Starbucks also has a great birthday freebie – once you sign up a card at My Starbucks Rewards, you’ll get a FREE handcrafted drink on your birthday.  You can also get FREE brewed coffee or tea (iced or hot) refills as part of your Starbucks rewards.

Ruby Tuesdays has a new printable coupon available – buy 1 entree and get the 2nd entree free (up to $10 value).  Also, make sure to sign up for the Ruby Tuesday email newsletter & you’ll receive a FREE handcrafted burger on your birthday.  This is one of the better email newsletter clubs, I’ve found as I’m frequently receiving coupons for just me or to share with others.

Sign up for Chili’s email newsletter & they’ll send you a coupon for a FREE appetizer of Skillet Queso & Chips. You’ll also be subscribed to their newsletter so you can hear about great discounts, coupons & more!

For those in the Northwest, unfortunately there are not quite as many Chili’s locations. There is one inside the Seattle-Tacoma airport. There are also several locations in Spokane. Idaho has a number of locations in Boise, Pocatello, Idaho Falls & Twin Falls. It doesn’t look like there’s a location in Oregon, but I sure thought there used to be one south of Portland. Chili’s used to be one of my favorite restaurants on the East Coast & I sure do miss it!

Starbucks – Buy 1 Get 1 Free Coupon & Free Business Cards

Starbucks has several new promotions available right now. The first one is a Buy One Get One (BOGO) coupon for a Starbucks Doubleshot Energy + Coffee.  Starbucks is also offering FREE business cards which you can either print or have mailed to you (it doesn’t say how many though?).

$.99 Kids Meals at Rainforest Cafe

Rainforest Cafe is offering $.99 kids meals when your child brings in any of four reward/award gift certificates offered on their website.  All you need to do is download 1 (or more) of the 4 award/reward certificates & when your child fills one out, you can then bring it with you to the Rainforest Cafe to get a $.99 kids meal.  The kids meals range from $5.99 – $6.99, so this is nice savings.

Ikea – Kids Eat Free thru Sunday August 15th!

Ikea is offering FREE Kids Meals for all kids under age 12 from now thru Sunday August 15th.  No adult purchase is necessary.  The kids meal is valued at $2.49 (3 items for $2.49).  What a great deal!

Garlic Jim’s Pizza – Pay $9 for $20 worth of food! Thursday August 5th Only!

Groupon has a great daily deal available today only, Thursday August 5th.  They are offering $20 worth of food at Garlic Jim’s (specialty pizzas, wings,  ribs & more) for just $9.  This is the Seattle  &  Portland deal of the day but it says it is valid at all locations.  I just confirmed in the Groupon discussion that yes, this Groupon  can be used at ANY of their locations in the six states.  There are numerous locations in each state.

I have never been to a Garlic Jim’s Pizza restaurant, but I have heard rave reviews.  Even better, they offer gluten-free options for pizza! Find a location near you.

Free Rootbeer Float with purchase from A&W

A&W has released a new coupon for a FREE Rootbeer Float with any purchase.  You’ll need to print the coupon & bring it to a participating A&W restaurant.  This coupon is valid from August 3rd – August 21, 2010.  My hubby loves A&W Rootbeer floats – so I have a feeling we’ll be making a stop at an A&W soon!
