This is sold thru a 3rd party outside of Amazon from Hong Kong, so it probably will take a bit longer to arrive – but at that price, I don’t mind at all! I’ve bought several other items from Hong Kong like the owl jewelry we posted last month. It ended up coming in about a week – faster than I expected!

This purchase alerted my card company to stop further transactions until they verified that my card wasn’t lost or stolen. This was very inconvenient as I found this out while picking up my son’s birthday cake and trying to pay for his party…
I’m wondering if this is because this company is in Hong Kong… I’m hesitant to make other purchases now with out-of-country thrid parties, no matter how good the deals are.

Hi Sara, Sorry to hear that this caused problems with your card company. I ordered this item as well as several other owl jewelry pieces from hong Kong last month & didn’t have any problems (& heard of a lot of readers ordering those items as well & we haven’t heard of any other problems), but it’s definitely something to consider & check on with your bank or credit card company. It’s not a deal at all if it causes a problem with your card company!
