Rewards Gold, a reputable site that offers limited free magazine subscription offers, is offering a FREE one year subscription for Shape Magazine. You’ll need to fill out a short survey & then you can request the magazine.
I have received a fair amount of magazine subscriptions over the last few years from Rewards Gold – it’s great because you do not have to enter any credit card information & you will not be charged. (Of course, they will send you subscription notices when your time is up & try to get you to sign up for a subscription, like they would with any magazine offer.)

Just went through and filled out a survey on yogurt and, at the end, I was told this is no longer available! Oh well. Would have been nice to get 2 years free.
