We finally got a Canon Rebel camera this summer & I love it.It’s the next step up from this (the Canon Rebel T2i - it’s $615.95 on Amazon right now), but I’ve heard great things about all of the Canon Rebel cameras. I love the fact that I can take pictures at a fast rate to catch all those funny moments with kids plus the color is amazing. I still am just using mine on the automatic setting, though, so I have a lot to learn to be able to use the manual settings.

I have this camera. It’s great. A great beginning camera for those moving to SLRs from point and shoots. I’m now wishing for something a bit better, but overall I’m satisfied. And you can’t beat the price for the value.
