As you know, I’ve been mentioning the big chicken sale from Zaycon Foods quite a bit lately. This is where you can buy 40 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts for just $1.48/lb – around $60! Zaycon Foods is coming to a number of Northwest locations. Well, the deadline is fast approaching for Western Washington – technically you have until Monday November 1st to order your chicken. However, I’ve just learned that the Eastern WA, Idaho & Oregon/Southwest WA locations sold out early & there are limited quantities left now for all other Western Washington locations. I have a feeling that it will sell out before Monday. So, if you’re interested in this sale, I’d encourage you to order soon!

I just made the Honey Mustard chicken from the eBook and it was divine. Seriously took less than five minutes to put together and throw in the oven, soo good! This book has already been a great resource for me, I felt like I was tapped out in chicken ideas.
