Here are 2 deals at 1 Sale-A-Day that my husband Ben found to share with you:

There are two great deals today over at 1saleaday.com today, Tuesday August 3rd only. First up, if you are looking for a GPS for your car, they have the Magellan RoadMate 1420 which has text-to-speech, 6 million points of interest, one-touch favorites menu, and the larger 4.3 inch screen for only $59.99 plus $5 shipping (no tax for most). It is a pretty basic model, without many bells and whistles (no changing voice, no ETA on some routes, etc), but for a entry level GPS, it seems pretty good to me. Amazon currently has it for $104.25, plus tax for WA residents, making it about $114. Walmart has it for $99 plus tax.

If you go to 1saleaday.com, then click on the “wireless” tab, it will take you to wireless.1saleaday, which has a unique set of headphones, called the Pineapple Rumble KW Bone Conduction Headphones for only $29.99 plus $5 shipping (and no, they don’t combine shipping). These headphones use a different technology to produce sound, which is much less stressful to the eardrum, and (theoretically) reduce hearing damage. These are also waterproof, so I guess if you are swimming in the pool, or taking a shower or something, they will work! They are also noise reduction models that isolate outside noises for a more clean sound.

But, in addition to those, you also get a pair of the basic Bonus Rumble X Headphones – (colors vary, black or white) which are good little headphones in themselves. You get both pair for the $29.99 price. Amazon currently has just the KW Bone conduction headphones on sale for $74.48, regularly priced $199. If you are looking for a nice, quality set of headphones, but don’t want to pay the $80 or more, this is your chance!

Some folks have had problems in the past with 1saleaday, but I think in the last year, they have dramatically improved their consumer relations, and we buy from them all the time and have never had a problem. Just know that shipping can take a little long, and there is no option to expedite it. Other than that, we like the website.

Thanks to my hubby Ben for these deals!
