For the salsa mix,  all you will need is fresh or canned tomatoes to add & then you’ll have your own salsa.  This sounds like a great idea to me as we have about 5 big tomato plants out in our garden & finally have our first red tomato – the plants are huge, but the tomatoes have been taking awhile to grow.   How have your tomato plants been growing this year? Do you have any special recipes you like to use with your garden tomatoes?
