Kmart is starting up their Double Coupon event on Sunday 4/4 and running thru Saturday 4/10. The double coupon event is finally back in the Northwest – my local store is participating and I know a number of WA stores are participating as well as some OR stores & 2 stores in Boise, ID. You can see the whole list HERE. {I found the NW stores starting around page 24- 25}
How the double coupon event will work:
-Coupons will be doubled up to $2 in value or up to the price of the item. If you have a $2 item and the price is $3.25, then it will double up to $3.25 (no overage)
-In order to have your coupons doubled, you need to have a “Shop your Way” rewards card. Register for a card online (you’ll be able to print a temporary membership card) or you can get one in the store.
-You can only double up to 5 coupons per day. This will be enforced by tracking them thru your Shop Your Way rewards card. Hopefully this means that their supply won’t be depleted right away!

does the kmart double coupon event actually include paper coupons like the albertsons does??? i didnt find any coupons in the kmart add that were for doubling
I went to the Kmart in Spanaway today and was told that there was a mix up with headquarters and that the stores in the district that the Spanaway store is in are not participating in the double coupon deal even though they where listed as stores that where participating. I’m not sure which stores that is beyond the one I visited but I think that shoppers might want to call their store and check before leaving the house.

There aren’t paper coupons for the Kmart double event – but you will need the Shop Your Way card so they can keep track of how many coupons you’ve doubled each day.
Jessica- I’m surprised they are not participating. I’m pretty sure I’ve heard of people going to the Puyallup Kmart – I haven’t tried it yet myself, but will soon.
