It’s a new promotion starting today, but make sure to check the comments under that photo for more details from Bebe. They said if you have trouble w/the store, make sure to tell them to check their “Storenet” for the info about the Twitter/FB promotion. Hopefully by Sunday they will have checked it out to be aware that this is a nationwide freebie.
