Have you been wanting to do a makeover or remodeling of any rooms in your house?  If so, enter the Apartment Guide “Your Picks.Your Place” sweepstakes for a chance to win the grand prize of $10,000 or 1 of 8 $250 weekly prizes with home decor items.  From now thru Tuesday, August 14th, you can visit YourPicksYourPlace.com & vote once per day for your favorite bedroom design. There are 4 bedroom styleboard designs with home decor & furniture items selected by bloggers.

While at the Your Picks, Your Place website , you can also find design & decor tips from Kim Myles, a TV host of “Myles of Style” & design expert as well as ideas from the featured design bloggers. I always have a list of improvements I want to make in various rooms in our house, so I’m always looking for new ideas & inspiration & I found some interesting ideas on the website.

Here are some of the topics you’ll find at the Your Picks, Your Place blog:

Giveaway – $100 American Express Gift Card

The Apartment Guide is offering a $100 American Express gift card to provide the opportunity for a Thrifty NW Mom reader to do a mini-makeover in a room at your house.

This giveaway will end on Wednesday August 15th at 9pm pst.

The winners will be drawn using “And the Winner Is” plugin and announced on the blog.  I will also email the winners. The winners will have 48 hours to contact me, otherwise a new winner will be drawn. US residents only & you must be 18 yrs or older to enter the giveaway. This giveaway is not affiliated with Facebook in any way.

Definitely using storage bins that fit under your bed to utilize that space. This would help tremendously with saving space!
